2010 06-22 Kansas City, MO - Home of Calvin Stalling will be a ReNew project. Purchased in 1997, Calvin's mortgage payments are $1000 a month. His income consists of a part time job at AlphaPointe Assoc. for the Blind, food stamps and SSI. It is expected that the "green" construction planned for Calvin's project will result in measurable savings on utilities. gb

Having no family, he was bounced around from place to place. Eventually, he was able to go to the Helen Keller Natl. Ctr. in New York to receive training on communication and practical living skills. gb
